The use of iPads in public is on the rise, and in the near future we will only see more and more of the devices in public spaces, from retail stores to trade shows and hospitals. Their applications make our lives easier. Not only that but they represent an opportunity for smaller businesses to invest in systems, which used to cost considerably more to implement. The versatility of iPads could be their biggest strength and biggest weakness.
